If you are from anywhere else you will need to use a proxy, go to proxy.tsl.gr 

Hit enter and log into stardoll.
Type this into your URL bar:

http://www.stardoll.com/en

Once the page has loaded you can cross off the proxy. The shirt should be in your suite.
