If you are from anywhere else you will need to use a web proxy. Choose one from Here:
unblocker.biz or militaryprox.info or uhuf.com or slygeek.com or goproxing.com
Paste this into the proxy url bar:
http://www.stardoll.com
Log in and then in the proxy url paste this:
www.stardoll.com/en/campaigns/footloose/link.php
It will take you to the Footloose page....wait to load...close it....they will be in your suite.
